{ABOUT MICHELE}

It has taken me a career change or two to find my true calling in Interior Design in 2003. I was always passionate about unique and luxurious fabrics, so I obtained a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas. Following this, I worked in the Q.A. department of a national retail company and then in the International Sourcing department.

While working in a controlled lab environment, I learned the importance of good lighting, which is why I continue to stress the value of proper lighting in all of my designs.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work, and honestly, my life. I give a tremendous amount of consideration to thoughtfully tailor room designs to express my client’s personal style, taste and lifestyle. I combine creativity and well-honed skills to design interiors with timeless appeal.

I consider it a great honor and privilege to create personal spaces for my clients, because a well-designed room enhances the client's quality of life within that space.

My favorite projects are ones in which the right mix of functionality and aesthetic appeal not only creates a beautiful space, but also has a dramatic and positive impact on my client’s lives.
